Our Location

Located at the Ngong Racecourse & Golf Club, Woods School enjoys a unique setting, enveloped by a protected indigenous forest. The expansive grounds of the Jockey Club of Kenya (JCK) provide a safe and vibrant environment, offering amenities such as a golf course, rugby club and padel courts, which we utilize to enrich our extracurricular activities. Our location's proximity to Ngong Road Forest, Nairobi's largest urban forest, allows for nature walks and more outdoor learning.

Our position along Ngong Road ensures easy accessibility from key residential areas in Nairobi, including Karen, Ngong, Lavington, and Kilimani, with relatively uncongested traffic facilitating smooth daily commutes.

Our five-acre campus is situated within a mature indigenous forest, offering a calm and inspiring setting for learning, and provides us with lots of shaded area for play.
Our classes are in independent classroom structures set within the forest, each with integrated indoor and outdoor learning spaces. Ample parking is available, with a smaller, closer parking area for our youngest Woods children.

Security
At Woods School, the safety and security of our students are paramount. Nestled within the already fenced Ngong Road Forest, and further secured by the Jockey Club of Kenya's controlled access gate, our school grounds provide an additional layer of protection. We maintain our own fenced perimeter and a guarded main entry point, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted on site.
Our stringent security protocols prevent unannounced access, guaranteeing that all visitors are properly identified and approved. This multi-layered approach to security, assures parents that Woods School offers a safe and secure haven for their children to learn and play.
