Woods is a private, international school governed by a three-tiered leadership structure. This includes the Board of Governors, responsible for strategic oversight and ensuring the school's long-term sustainability. The Pedagogical Team, comprised of experienced educators, focuses on curriculum development and the overall academic direction of the school. The Management Team oversees the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all aspects of school life.

Board of Governors
Oversight & Governance
The Woods School will be governed by a Board of Governors comprising 5-7 experienced individuals. The Board plays a crucial role in the strategic direction and oversight of the school. Members will bring a diverse range of expertise, including education, finance, legal, and community development.
The Board will meet quarterly to fulfill its responsibilities, which include: setting the school's strategic vision, ensuring financial sustainability, overseeing governance and compliance, and acting as advocates for the school within the community. Ultimately, the Board will act in the best interests of the children, ensuring that Woods provides a high-quality education that fosters their intellectual, emotional, and social growth.

Management
Daily operation
At Woods, the Management Team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the school. This team, comprising the Registrar, School Administrator, Administrative Assistants, Communications Officer, and Finance team, ensures the smooth and efficient running of all school activities. The Management Team works closely with the Board of Governors and the Pedagogical Team to implement school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment for all students.
